Business Leaders with a Passion for Leadership
Clients tell us that we act more like a partner than a consultant—we take that as a compliment.
We see ourselves as more of a partner too. We’re eager to co-create new ideas and dig into the work. When discussing strategy, we use real business terms. Our solutions feel attainable and consistent with the realities of daily business life. With more than 30 years in executive leadership, our strategies are rooted in insight and experience, as well as trust and collaboration.

Leading from Grounded Strength
We believe leadership deals with intellect, but it deals with emotion too. The best leaders don’t lead from fear or pressure. That’s why our process starts by meeting clients where they are. Leaders need the time and space to exhale, unpack the issues, and start thinking creatively. Our job is to listen without judgment while offering honest feedback. We’re empathetic, as well as pragmatic making it possible to navigate difficult topics constructively.
Helping Our Community Leaders
Effective leadership is just as important in the nonprofit world as it is in other industries. Twenty percent of our time is devoted to working with nonprofits so they can continue to do the most good in our communities. We care deeply about helping nonprofit leaders grow and shape cultures that align with the organization’s goals.
