KIM SPIVEY | Founder and Managing Partner
A life-long learner and lover of research, Kim Spivey is known as a visionary leader with strong execution ability. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, she understands what businesses need. She’s able to look holistically at problems and deliver authentic leadership strategies that work. Her style encourages collaboration and creative thinking, and she offers clients lasting value that goes beyond the project scope.
Kim spent the first half of her career at Wachovia Corporation, which, before being acquired by Wells Fargo in 2008, was the nation’s fourth-largest bank holding company. During her tenure at Wachovia, Kim successfully held various revenue generating and business operations leadership roles, developing a keen sense of business needs and opportunities. She also led several enterprise level strategy functions and served as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Engagement.
Throughout her career, Kim has developed and implemented successful strategies for mergers and acquisitions, new business, employer branding and engagement, culture change, organizational redesigns, and team performance.
